About Caspar van Woudenberg
Caspar van Woudenberg (1995 Utrecht), studied script writing at the Dutch Film Academy where he wrote Wolven (Lisette Vlaszak 2020) and finished with A Capella in D Mineur (Malu Janssen 2022) that won the AVRO-TROS scenario competition. Furthermore he did an intership with director Paula van der Oest for the movie Love in a bottle.
Caspar usually uses the long arc as his story base and uses theme to chose which arc that will be. It's often abrasive and mostly comedic in its recogniseability. With his films, he tries to give people a hand to a conversation without drawing a conclusion.
Favorite filmmakers: Ruben Östlund, Taika Waititi, Stanley Kubrick, Sean Baker, Alexander Payne, Yorgos Lanthimos, Bong Joon Ho, Ari Aster
Currently he works as a writers room assistend in differend series under showrunners Achmed Akkabi, Victor D. Ponten, Jim Taihuttu and Oscar van Woensel.
Caspar has joined Henneman Agency under Gillian Pagano Mirani.
